Below are some FAQs that may be helpful as you prepare to return your costumes.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY COSTUME?

We ask that you return your costume and costume pieces as soon as you are able. There are several options to return items including costume chutes, a 24/7 drive-through costume drop-off location at BCML and mail-in.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT RETURN MY COSTUME?

Returning costumes is incredibly important and we appreciate your assistance in returning them. If you do not return a costume or costume piece, it will show as outstanding in the system.

Costume items that remain outstanding will NOT impact your rehire status. If you find a costume or costume piece at a later time, please return it at any time to the TDA security or Company D costume drop-off locations.

HOW CAN I MAKE SURE ALL MY GARMENTS CAME OFF MY COSTUME RECORD?

You may check your costume return status by searching “Costuming Disney Look” on the HUB and then selecting “View Costume Record” from the menu. This is updated on a daily basis.

WHAT IF I CANNOT RETURN MY COSTUMES TO THESE LOCATIONS?

Impacted Cast Members who are unable to return items in-person can request a postage-paid mailing label by calling Global HR Operations at 321-939-7000 (Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET). There is an ADA accessible return bin located inside of Company D at the Lewis Street location during working hours.

SHOULD I RETURN MY CAST MEMBER ID, MAIN ENTRANCE PASS AND OTHER COMPANY ITEMS WHEN I DROP OFF MY COSTUMES?

You may keep your ID and Main Entrance Pass until your separation date to access Cast Member offers. We will provide additional details on how you can return IDs and other company items at a later time.
